JUN 12, 2018 LISTEN

Dreams FC will be squaring off against its foreign legions at the Ashale Botwe town park on Tuesday evening.

The game is geared towards festering stronger relations between Dreams FC's foreign export and the local team that competes in the Zylofon Cash Premier League.

The friendly match will be played at the Ashale Botwe Town Park which once was the official home grounds of Dreams FC during its formative years.

The game will see the likes of Schalke's Baba Abdul Rahman, Benjamin Tetteh of Bohemians, Anderlecht's Emmanuel Adjei Sowah and the FC Pristina pair of Abdul Bashiru and Ben Nash Quansah teaming up against the likes of Leonard Owusu, Sharani Zuberu, Eric Gawu and Patrick Arthur.

Aside from exciting the football-hungry Ashale Botwe community, the game also seeks to refresh the agitated minds of football fans following the Anas Aremeyaw Anas expose on corruption in Ghana football as espoused by Community Relations Manager of Dreams FC Yusif Iddrisu 'Alhaji Cliff'.

"We all know the current happenings in Ghana football so, therefore, we believe this game will refresh and remind all of us of the essence of the sport as engraved in our culture, " he said.

"It was also important to play the match here [Ashale Botwe] where once upon a time in this history of this football club was our official home ground.

"It was extremely important for us to come back here to show the community they remain a very much a part of Dreams FC".

The match will kickoff at 3pm where fans and the genre public will have the opportunity to secure autographs, picture sessions and interact with some of the Ghanaian football superstars.
