Top Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Moses Foh-Amoaning has commended Anas for the process that Anas Aremeyaw Anas has gone through concerning the Number 12 Documentary and wants Ghanaians to be patient on the Nyantakyi Issue.

Yesterday the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo ordered the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to arrest President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) after watching the talked about Anas Number 12 video.

The video which has been watched by some selected few did not please his Excellency and after consulting with top officials, he ordered for the arrest for the FA boss and investigations to be conducted into the matter.

Lawyer Moses Foh-Amoaning who is also a law lecturer at the Ghana school of law revealed that Anas is his formal student and what people do not know is that Anas is a lawyer. Due to that, he gets to know when he is going about his works so he had already heard something of that sort but did not know the reaction of the President.

The lawyer admitted he was a bit surprised but not too surprised because he had already gathered some information from the ground in wake of the yet to be released Anas video.

“When you compare what happened to the Judiciary to what has happened it looks as if the process is virtually the same. When Anas was about releasing the video of the Judiciary, he went to show it to the then Chief Justice, her Lordship Georgina Wood and she also took quick action”, Lawyer Foh-Amoaning said.

He also added that for a President who is one of the top lawyers in the Country to have taken this decision after watching the video, then it means what is in the video is very heavy.

“To be slapped with the offense of defrauding by false pretense is not something small so it means what the President has seen is not just any small thing”.
