Inter Allies trio of Isaac Osae, Prince Baffoe and Haruna Shaibu played their part in Penn FC’s qualification to the next round of the 2018 US Open Cup.

Down by 1-0 with just 12 minutes to end the game, Penn FC bagged three goals in the final 11 minutes to eliminate FC Motown in the second round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup on Wednesday night.

Prince Baffoe was in some fine form on the evening where he scored his first goal for the USL side.

The midfielder launched a rocket from the edge of the 18-yard box that left goalkeeper Ryan Baird with little chance at the save.

Striker Isaac Osae played his first match for Penn FC and lasted 55 minutes at the Ranger Stadium at Drew University (Madison, New Jersey).

Versatile player Shaibu Haruna once again had a full game under his belt, this time he operated from the right side of defense.

Penn FC will enjoy a week off before they travel to Richmond for a matchup against Richmond Kickers in the Open Cup’s third round on Wednesday, May 23 at the City Stadium.
