Mr Henry Asante Twum, the communications director for Dreams FC has insisted that any team playing in the Ghana Premier League in the ongoing season has a chance to win the ultimate at the end of the season.
In an interview, today with Class FM sports Journalist Hassan Hussein after the FA Cup draw at the Ghana Football Association Secretariat, the experienced communicator Henry Asante said their current position of Dreams FC on the league log does not stop them from being hopeful and optimistic of winning the league title.
In his defence, defending champions Aduana Stars who currently lie 14th on the league table has five outstanding games to play in which if they are able to get even nine points, they will rise to top four.
Evidently, just one point separates the top three teams. Meaning a slip from either team in the top half of the league and there will be a new league leader.
Henry Asante also reiterated that we cannot count Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko out of the race because the two teams have the experience to turn around their season and be in contention to win the league at the end of the season.
