A 24-year-old staunch supporter of Chelsea, Emmanuel Offin has passed away after collapsing yesterday at Asuoyeboah in the Ashanti Region after Barcelona defeated Chelsea 3:0 at the Camp Nou in the Champions League round of 16th return league.
