The USA have written to confirmed an international friendly between it's national U-17 team and the Black Starlets of Ghana in florida,USA on September 1,2005.
Both Ghana and America will use the game to access their teams preparation for the 13th Fifa World Under 17 Champinships in Peru.
Starlets who are in Group A with the host nation Peru,China and Costa Rica are expected to tour Britain and America and finally brush up with the game against USA before emplaning to Peru for the championships.
The USA who have already started serious preparations are in Group C alongside Cote D'voire,Italy and Korea Republic."We have enough respect for Ghana and they are the best in this age category.This will be a perfect excercise for us'.Said US team official.
Meanwhile an official of the GFA has debunked speculation that Ghana might changed the entire Starlets team before the championships because of Fifa's new way of checking over-age players.
