Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan has told Accra based Hot FM that he is unsure if he will venture into politics after hanging his boots but insisted that anything is possible.

The former Sunderland striker owns a numerous number of businesses in the country and has been urged by many Ghanaian football fans to follow the footsteps George Oppong Weah who is the president of Liberia.

But according to the country’s all-time leading goal scorer, anything is possible in the future but he’s currently focused on his football career as well as thriving his business to help create jobs for numerous Ghanaians.

“I don’t know anything about Politics for now. But my ambition is to be a successful businessman but you might not know in the future.

“For now am not thinking about politics but how to be successful in businesses and my football career.

“Anything is possible with regards to my political dreams but God knows best, so you might not know what will happen to me in the next ten years. But for now, I want to enjoy my time on the pitch,” he added.
