Vice chairman of the Ghana League Club Association [GHALCA], George Amoako has disclosed that teams participating in the 2018 G8 tournament will be given GH¢20,000 as participation fees.
The competition has been scheduled to take on January 6th to January 21st and it will be staged at the Cape Coast Stadium and the Kumasi Sports Stadium.
Speaking to Accra based Asempa FM, he said, “Each club will receive GH¢20,000 for participating in the G-8 while the winner gets GH¢10,000.”
Teams participating in the tournament are Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak, Dreams FC, Medeama SC, Karela FC, Techiman Eleven Wonders, Ebusua Dwarfs and Aduana Stars.
