The Joy was UNIMAGINABLE for me on Saturday at the DJ Hathiramani Sports Hall after WINNING the National Table Tennis Championship, the ‘Chairman’s Cup 2017.

“My greatest appreciation goes to God Almighty for how far he has brought me.

My second thanks goes to the OIC of Sports, Ghana Immigration Service DC Samuel Ayer, the executives of the Ghana Table Tennis Federation especially the president Mr. Mawuko Afadzinu of STANBIC Bank, Derrydean Dadzie (CEO of Dream Oval LTD, providers of Slydepay Mobile App), Engineer Samuel Dei (CEO Malas Cold Store), Mr. Jason Onyame (CEO Divine travel & tour), Lawyer Christopher King (Kings Royal Hotel), Mr. Charles Tachie-Menson (Chairman Tesano TT Spinners Club) and the great Pipiro Mr Divine Nkrumah for their love and support to table tennis in Ghana.

“I also want to thank My Coach Mr Ebenezer Anang Whyte who has been there for me at all times and the Coach of the year Nathaniel Somuah (Captain Tesano TT Spinners Club). To all my fans out there who supported me in various ways from the beginning of the year till now.

I say God richly bless you all for your Efforts and the sacrifices u made to bring me this far.

“As you celebrate this special season, may your hearts be filled with joy, peace and may blessings linger in your homes and stay with you throughout the year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year” these were what Ghana’s best Table Tennis player said after beating his rival and number two seed, Felix Lartey at the Sports Hall of the RLG Hathiramani Sports Hall.

For his prize, he took home ghc2,000 and sports kits from the President of the Ghana Table Tennis Federation, Mawuko Afadzinu.

He told Your's truly, the win is going to motivate him as he prepares for the 2018 Commonwealth Games. He also thanked the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) for giving him a grant of $5,000 for his training towards the Games.
