Substitutes Bakary Sako and James McArthur scored two late goals to earn a dramatic win over ten-man Watford.
The win ensured the Eagles moved out of the relegation zone for the first time this season.
Sako scored an 89th-minute equaliser after a Daryl Janmaat third minute goal before McArthur got the winner in the second minute of stoppage time.
