Great Olympics have been declared of their league match against city rivals Hearts of Oak after the Phobians were found guilty of violating the statutes.

Hearts have been declared losers of the match after winning 2-1 in Accra back in September.

A statement on the Ghana FA website after Wednesday's Disciplinary Committee rulings read:

''The protest by Accra Great Olympics is hereby upheld by a majority decision of 3 to 2. Accra Hearts of Oak SC is held to have been in violation of Article 39(8)(e) of the GFA General Regulations in respect of this matter by the club's use of cheque to make part payment of a fine.

''The scoreline of the match shall be 3-0 in favour of Accra Great Olympics FC in accordance with Article 31 of the GFA Disciplinary Code.''
