Protocol Officer of Hearts of Oak, Joshua Acquah has been arrested by the Nima Police for allegedly aiding betting companies according to Starrfmonline.com.
Acquah has been receiving referees assigned to officiate Hearts of Oak home games on behalf of the Accra giants.
Aziz Haruna Futah, who is former Management Member of the club made a stunning revelation on Accra based Asempa FM that the former has been conniving with match officials and some betting companies to influence the outcome of games.
It has been reported that Joshua Acquah was apprehended by the Nima Police for questioning on Thursday, but was released on Friday.
