KP Boateng Impressed With His Move To Frankfurt

Suspended Ghanaian international, Kevin-Prince Boateng has disclosed that he is happy after he joined German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt.

The former Tottenham Hotspurs midfielder joined the German side after his impressive performance with Spanish side Las Palmas in the 2016/17 season and was adjudged the clubs best player after finding the back of the net ten times.

Boateng who made a surprise return to the German side had previously played for Hertha Berlin, Borussia Dortmund and Schalke O4.

The midfielder has found the back of the net just once after joining the club but Boateng says his move to Frankfurt has lived up to expectations.

“Absolutely. I’m very happy so far. There’s always room for improvement, of course. My fitness is improving game by game, which should allow me to make decisive contributions on a more frequent basis,” he told the club website.

“I’ll be fully fit again soon, I promise you. The move [to Eintracht] is also paying dividends off the pitch, as I’m now closer to my family. I’m really happy about that too.”

He will be in action this weekend against his former Club Borussia Dortmund in a League match at the Commerzbank-Arena.
