“We are ready for the game, if you look at the training we are doing everyone is working hard and preparing for the game.” Frimpong told Footballmadeinghana.com

“If you look at the way things are going in the league, everything is not over but it will be difficult for us to win the league.

“The FA Cup is open and our chances there are very bright, we want to win it so that we can use it to qualify for Africa, and appease our fans in case we don’t win the league.”

Meanwhile, the head coach of the club, Steve Polack disclosed that he is well determined to clinch the FA Cup and the Premier League.

“I would have prefer to win both titles, But looking at how things are going, winning the FA Cup is my priority.

The former Berekum Chelsea trainer gave an update on his three players, who represented Ghana at the just-ended WAFU Championship.

“All of them are back in good shape, only Amos Frimpong is not in the best condition, he couldn’t finish training, We will keep looking at him, We still have some days to go. We will see what happens up to Saturday, if he is fit, he will definitely feature on Sunday.” He added.

Currently, Kotoko are fourth on the domestic league log and are nine points behind leaders Aduana Stars with four games to go.
