Football News Scouts Are Inquiring About Ghanaian Players – Sannie Darra Confirms

Spokesperson of the Ghana Football Association, Ibrahim Sannie Darra has confirmed that scouts are eager to get the signatures of some of the Black Stars “B” players.

According to the former BBC worker, players like Vincent Atinga, Patrick Razak and Winful Cobbinah on the radar of some scouts witnessing the tournament.

Hearts of Oak defender, Vincent Atinga has been one of the outstanding players for the Black Stars B team in the ongoing WAFU Cup of Nations.

The center-back has lived up to expectation since making an appearance in Ghana’s opening game against Gambia where he came on to replace injured Musah Nuhu.

Atinga has settled in the starting line-up featuring in all four matches played so far.

“There have been so many inquiries on the Ghanaian players, the likes of Vincent Atinga have all attracted interest,” Spokesperson of the GFA Ibrahim Sannie Darra said.

“Scout have been asking of him, same as players like Winful Cobbinah and Patrick Razak.

“So this competition is a huge platform for these players.”

The strong defender has so far scored one goal for the Black Stars B team in the competition.

Atinga was undoubtedly one of Ghana’s best performers in yesterday’s 2-0 defeat to Nigeria in the final Group match.
