Cape Coast, May 15 GNA - Dwarfs recorded their first home win courtesy an 86th-minute goal by Alhassan Shamu over Berekum Arsenals in their sixth-week clash of the GT Premier League played at the Robert Mensah Stadium in Cape Coast on Sunday.
After a goalless first half, Dwarfs brought on Francis Deheer for midfielder Ernest Edu who changed the game completely and enabled Dwarfs to dictate affairs.
It, therefore, came as no surprise when Alhassan Shamu after collecting a pass from the centre unleashed a thunderbolt, which beat the Arsenals goalkeeper for the only goal.
From then on, Arsenals threw everything into attack but try as they did they could not find the net till full time.
