Godwin Attram’s Soccer Academy have won the 2017 Esad Osmanovski Memorial Cup in their first tournament after beating English side Fulham 3-2 on penalties in Holland.

They drew 1-1 with Heerenveeen in their opening match and then beat Belgian side KAA Gent 1-0.

Attram de Visser Soccer Academy beat Fulham 2-1 in the final Group match before going on to beat West Ham United in the semi-final.

They will be involved in action after five days for the Terberg Toernooi Tournament against Club Brugge, Atletico Mineiro from Brazil and Dutch side AZ Alkmaar. It will be played from 26-28 May.

An elated coach Godwin Attram told Yours Truly he was glad for the exposure being given to his players and he is much happy for the victory which he dedicates t the players and his godfather Mr. Divisser in Holland.

Attram who will miss the 42nd SWAG Award night hinted that his wife is going to represent him. He thanked SWAG for the recognition and reward for his dedication to football, noting that he will keep the SWAG Award very well for his children and grandchildren to come and see.
