Ex-Ghana international Yusif Chibsah wants new Black Stars coach to keep his nose to the grindstone to succeed. 

The former Kotoko captain claims Appiah has his fate and destiny in his own hands.

Appiah has been in the country since last Friday and started work the next day when he watched Inter Allies play Liberty Professionals in the MTN FA Cup.
