Emmanuel Frimpong says he's just focused on football after switching to the Swedish Allsvenskan league with AFC Eskilstuna.
The 25-year-old midfielder joined the side after leaving Russia where he featured for FC Tula and FK Ufa.
The Ghanaian endured a frustrating spell in the racist country where he only three appearances for Ufa.
And the Ghana international has revealed he's only focused on football after becoming of few British-born players to have left the islands to develop as a person and player.
"When I played in England so I was very comfortable. Then you go to new countries and it will be just you and football," he said
"In England it has lot of friends around him, instead of rest so you are out there with them. In Eskilstuna I can just focus on playing football."
