Fixtures of the second week handball league

Accra, April 12, GNA - The national handball competition enters its second week at all the centres this week after a thrilling first round last weekend.

The week would provide the Prisons Service with an opportunity to consolidate their position in the league by recording another victory against Asomdwe Stars on Thursday, April 14, at the Prisons Complex. HOSTAC Stars would also pitch their strength against Police Service at the Kaneshie Sports Complex on Friday, April 15, with the Police looking the hot favourites to win after their first round performance. The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) would seek to make amends this time round after drawing in their first game as they lock horns with Old Hands at the Burma Camp Court on Saturday.

Kpando Young Hands would capitalise on a home advantage to go past Fire Service at the Kpando Stadium Court on Saturday, April 16.
