Cape Coast, April 10, GNA - Registration of Central Region Division two clubs for the 2004/2005-league season commenced on Tuesday.
Mr. Mathew Doe, Chairman of the Regional Football Association (RFA) who disclosed this to GNA sports on Thursday, appealed to clubs indebted to the association to endeavour to pay all debts in addition to their registration fees.
He said the RFA would not accept cheques other than Bank Draft for payment.
Clubs, which fail to register by Tuesday May 3, shall pay a penalty of 100,000 cedis.
