The Montenegrin, who is technical director at Bechem United, wants to handle the Phobians.
Hearts are struggling to find a substantive coach after Nigerian Paul Aibogun pulled out of a deal to take over of the club.
Bogdanovic has also handled Aduana Stars in the Ghana Premier League.
