Brenda Bangdome, who was also in fantastic shape, won the ladies category after she easily accounted for Linda Oduro who also displayed moments of brilliance during the tournament.

In a chat with DAILY GUIDE SPORTS, Maxwell Owusu attributed his sharp rise in tennis and his victory, to hard work and discipline, saying he always listened to advice from the technical team.

The CEO of Masipraist Ventures, who looked elated over his triumph, promised to sustain his hard work and discipline so as to make a huge mark in the Pros category at the Mess Club.

Mr. Kwaku Appiah Kubi, Operations Manager of Donyma Steel Complex, expressed delight over the exquisite tennis displayed by the tennis stars, in particular, Maxwell Owusu.

He promised that his company would continue to sponsor the event to promote tennis. President of Mess Club, Samuel Ampadu Kyei aka 'Kyikyiss,' commended Donyma for sponsoring the event.
