UD Las Palmas new signing Emmanuel Sabbi has set an ambitious target for himself with being the world's best footballer being his objective.
The 18-year old Italian-born Ghanaian signed a two year deal with the La Liga outfit and has declared his intention of becoming the world best footballer in the future.
'My major career target as a footballer is to be considered as one of the greatest players that has ever played the game and I am training hard every day and working towards that.
'I started this at age five and I'll keep working until I get there.
Many are called in life but few are chosen and I want to be part of the chosen ones and I believe with God on my side and with dedication and hard work the focus will be recognized,' he added.
Sabbi has already played for the U20 side of the United States but leaves his door open for a call up to play for Ghana if the opportunity avails itself.
