The management team of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has moved to quash speculations linking Herbert Addo to the club's vacant coaching job following the dismissal of German Hans Dieter Schmidt.
Joy Sports indicate that the former Hearts of Oak coach is not being considered for the job after media speculation linked him to the job.
The Asante Kotoko CEO is reported to have hinted that the club would be appointing a technical duo to handle the coaching duties of the club.
Former national team coach Emmanuel Kwasi Afranie is currently the front-runner for the job.
Joy sports can confirm that already some members of the Kotoko management team have made contact with Afranie.
