Cape Coast, Nov.30, GNA - Cape Coast Technical Institute played a good game to beat Mfantsipim secondary school 1-0 in their zone A Inter-Schools and Colleges soccer league match played at the Central Region Schools sports park on Friday.
After a goalless first half, the second half saw a balanced game with both schools put in extra effort to find the match winner but as the game was coasting to an end Cape Coast Technical Institute's midfielder, Joseph Essuman exploited a defensive lapse by the Mfantsipim lads to score the match winner in the 85th minute.
From then on Mfantsipim Secondary made frantic efforts to get the much needed equaliser but try as they did , they could not find the net till the end of proceedings.
