Oguaa Telecom Ladies in a goal harvest


Cape Coast, Nov. 28 GNA- Oguaa Telecom Ladies whipped Mpataba Special Ladies 11-0 in their Central/Western Women's soccer league played at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium (now known as the Robert Mensah Stadium) on Saturday.

Mary Baidoo and "woman-of-the-match" Francisca Amankra who played a fantastic game scored four goals each.

Oguaa Telecom ladies led 5-0 at half time.

On resumption Mpataba Ladies took over the attack and mounted an incessant pressure on their opponents and twice came close to scoring but their forwards messed up.

Oguaa Telecom Ladies came back into the picture from the 65th-minute onwards and it came as no surprised when Florence Dadson, Ellen Coleman and Louisa Cornelius completed the demolishing with a goal each.
