Ghanaian player Daniel Amartey is a top transfer target for a host of clubs in Europe according to his agent.
The FC Copenhagen player is reported to be close to completing a transfer deal with French Ligue 1 club Olympique Marseille as Lyon, Monaco, Nantes and Bordeaux are also looking for the Ghanaian's signature.
English Premier League club Liverpool have also been linked with the 21-year-old and Amartey's agent confirms his client is ready to move to the next level of his career.
Speaking on telephone to Footafrica365.fr, Hasan Cetinkaya, agent of Ghana international Daniel Amartey said:
'Many leading European clubs interested in him. French clubs are no exception. There are recruiters who supervise every game. Today, Daniel is ready to move up a gear by joining a club of the highest level.'
The agent also confirmed FC Copenhagen player Daniel Amartey is interested in the French Ligue 1 despite the reported interest from VfL Wolfsburg and Schalke 04 of the Bundesliga and Leicester City in the English Premier League.
'Daniel is interested in the French Championship,' Cetinkaya said.
Interested clubs would have to spend money in the region of 6.5 million euros if they have to secure the services of Ghanaian player Daniel Amartey.
