Hearts of Oak hope to secure a partnership deal with Libyan outfit Al Ahli Tripoli.
The Phobians are currently in the north African country to play two friendly matches as part of their pre-season preparations.
But the club are looking at sealing stronger ties with Al Ahli.
Hearts Managing Director Gerald Ankrah revealed: 'Most of all at Hearts of Oak is to secure a long-term relationship.
"We are interested in investing into erecting a state of the art sport facility just like they have here.
"We aim to have such a facility also in Accra."
