Dwarfs hold All Blacks to draw

Agona Swedru, Nov.1, GNA - Swedru All Blacks held Ebusua Dwarfs to a 2-2 draw in their First Division League match played at the Swedru Sports stadium on Sunday.

Dwarfs led 2-1 at half time.

On resumption of the second half, All Blacks resumed strongly and following series of attacks in the vital area, veteran Willie Brown who played a yeoman's game levelled up the scores through a free kick in the 75th minute.

In another development, Abura Odonase Schalke 04 were held to a pulsating 1-1 draw by Kasoa Fauzan at their home ground. The visitors shocked Schalke 04 with an early minute goal scored by midfielder, Alhassan Mohammed in the 22nd minute. The early goal disorganised the home team and they never found their feet in the game until the 76th minute when their top striker, Paul Appiah equalised in a goalmouth melee to send the home fans cheering.
