Former Hearts star to appear before Status Committee

Accra, Oct. 12, GNA - Charles Allotey, former Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder is to appear before the Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Thursday, October 14, in search of a floating status.

Allotey, a regular member of the Hearts 2000 squad that won the CAF Champions League and Super Cup as well as other domestic titles was placed on transfer list at the beginning of the 2004 soccer season. The petit midfielder would be appearing along side his former mate, Osumanu Amadu as well as 11 other players.

They are Eric Mbroh of Dawu Youngsters, Muntari Mohamed of Oscar FC, Henry Brat Plange from Suhum Maxbees, Yussif Zakari of Zurak FC and King Faisal's Stephen Addae.

The rest are Ebenezer Owusu - Freedom Stars, Kwabena Joe - Sportive/Nipsi FC, Iddrissu Apinya - Rainbow Stars/Cowlane Babies, Francis Kalitsi - Police National FC, David Davidson - Queensvile FC and Charity Stars - Mighty Star Oil FC
