SEP 1, 2015 LISTEN

Adnan Januzaj has completed a season long loan move to Borussia Dormund, whereas Javier Hernandez has sealed a  £12million move that would keep him at Bayern Leverkusen until 2018.

The Spanish club tried to sing Januzaj on Sunday but were unable to get the deal done and he now completed a switch to Dortmund on a season-long loan.

Januzaj posted a picture with a Dortmund shirt on Twitter with the message: 'Pleased to sign for Dortmund! Looking forward to new season.'

Januzaj, who has been handed the No 9 shirt, added on the Dourtmund website: 'Borussia Dortmund are a great club, the fans here are supposed to be really incredible. I want to achieve great things with the team.'

Sporting director Michael Zorc added: 'Adnan is a highly talented and technically adept player who rounds off our attack.'

Hernandez landed in Germany on Monday afternoon having been given permission to leave Old Trafford this summer after failing to win over manager Louis van Gaal.

The 27-year-old spent last season on loan with La Liga giants Real Madrid and, despite United's lack of striking options, was an unused substitute during Sunday's defeat by Swansea.

Mexico international Hernandez whas signed a three-year deal after a fee in the region of £12million was agreed by both sides.

West Ham had been interested in signing Hernandez but pulled the plug on a deal because of his wage demands.
