Asamoah Gyan and Emmanuel Adebayor will be making a joint-donation to the Cardio Centre of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital on Tuesday.
The two national team captains will be making the donation on behalf their own foundation as part of activities for this year's Star Soccer Fiesta which will take place this weekend in Kumasi.
The Asamoah Gyan and the Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor Foundations are using the Star Soccer Fiesta platform to make donations to needy institutions.
Both captains are just coming off successful spells with their national teams in the opening 2015 AFCON qualifiers where Ghana thrashed Mali 7-1 with Togo also beating Liberia 2-1 where both Gyan and Adebayor racked up braces.
Both players are headlining this year's Stars Soccer Fiesta - an annual fun event which sees professional football players take on Ghanaian entertainers - mainly drawn from music and movie industry - in a one-off game.
The annual event is making a return after a two-year absence with a core aim of raising awareness for good sanitation practices to boost healthy living.
