Ghana forward Andre Ayew will receive a bumper weekly wage of £100,000 with his move to English Premier League club Swansea, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The 25-year-old completed a four-year move to the Swans as a free agent after passing a medical on Wednesday.
Ayew's move to Swansea came as a massive surprise as elite European clubs such as Inter Milan, Roma and Dortmund were all reportedly to be keenly interested in his services.
But the son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele is being heavily rewarded for his move to the Liberty Stadium as he is set to receive a staggering £4.8m over his four-year stay at Swansea.
The breakdown of the consolidated amount translates into a weekly wage of £100,000.
