Hearts of Oak will be without injured duo Selassie Adjei and Shaun October for their CAF Confederation Cup play-off first leg tie against Esperance on Sunday.
Striker Adjei has been out since March when he suffered a knee injury in the 2-1 win over Senegalese side Olympique de Ngor in Accra in the first qualifying round.
He could not recover in time for the trip to Tunis.
October, a left-back, was absent from training on Monday after suffering a foot injury at the weekend.
Hearts will leave Accra on Wednesday night for the encounter.
