Sacked Kumasi Asante Kotoko coach, Didi Dramani, did not leave any handing over notes to his successor David Duncan.

The handing over notes would have given the new coach an insight into what is going on in the team so he could build on it.

David Duncan, the current Kotoko head coach, made the disclosure a few days ago.

According to him, ideally, coaches are expected to leave behind handing over notes to their successors.

'The proper standards being practiced all over the world is that coaches leave behind handing over notes.

'This handing over notes is important as they serve as a guide to the new trainer, with regard to how to start his work.'

Coach Duncan, even though his predecessor did not leave behind handing over notes, is performing well.

Luckily, for him, he said Michael Osei, who was Didi Dramani's deputy, 'is still around so I can rely on him for information.'

Coach Duncan said when he first arrived, the confidence level of Kotoko players was very low 'but they are regaining their confidence now
