Eastern Region organise Division 3 Middle League

Koforidua, July 23, GNA - The Eastern Regional Division Three Middle League soccer competition kicks off on Saturday, July 24, at the Koforidua Sports Stadium.

According to a release from the Regional Football Association(RFA), the 22 clubs taking part in the competition had been divided into groups "A" and "B".

The release said Group "A" will be play from July 24 to July 30 at the Koforidua Sports Stadium while clubs in Group "B" would play their tournament from August 1 to 7 at the same venue.

The teams in Group "A" include Anointed Football Club, K. B. Stars Football Club, Hotspur Football Club, Star Rangers, Stone Crushers and Almighty Stars, Mponua Football Club, Koma United, Kaiser Football Club, Dendenden Football Club and Soccer Angels.

Clubs in Group "B" include Manchester United, White Arrows, Great Mohamedans, Red Lions, Ewiebi Football Club, Mountain Rangers, Okere United of Adukrom and Kpong Youngsters, Dedeso Youth, Fanteakwa United and Eleven Wise.

The winners of the competition in each group are to be promoted to the Division Two league in the next soccer season.
