Accra, July 13, GNA - The Black Queens, fresh from their 13-0 impressive victory over Guinea in their African Women Championship qualifier in Conakry last Sunday are to regroup on Wednesday.

The Queens broke camp on Monday on arrival from Guinea and they are expected to begin camping at Winneba ahead of their return leg scheduled for Accra in two weeks time.

All the six players who failed to make the grade prior to the team's departure to Conakry are expected to rejoin the team, according to coach John Eshun.

The coach told the GNA Sports that the invitation of the six is aimed at presenting the necessary competition in camp that will keep the 19 that made the trip on their toes.

"It will as well give them the opportunity to prove their worth as good enough materials for the second leg", he added.

Coach Eshun said the team would concentrate on improving upon their overwhelming display, which saw the Guineans helpless in their backyard on Sunday.

Goalkeeper Memunatu Sulemana, Fati Mohammed, Mavis Danso, Memuna Darko, Lydia Ankrah, Adjoa Bayor, Patricia Ofori, Florence Okoe, Elizabeth Baidoo were among the players who made the trip to Guinea.
