Referee Adowa is dead

Accra, July 6, GNA - Mr. J.K. Adowa, a retired class one referee is dead. He was 65.

A release from the Regional Secretariat of the Greater Accra Referees Association signed by Mr Henry Nettey, secretary said the late referee would be buried at Dodokorpe, near Ada on Saturday, July 10. Before the corps is conveyed to Dodokorpe for internment, there will be a memorial service at the Grace Presbyterian Church at Community 11, Tema from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Mourners will return to the Grace Presbyterian Church premises for final funeral rights immediately after internment.

There will be a memorial and thanks giving service at the Grace Presbyterian Church on Sunday, July 11.

The Referees Association invites all members, sympathisers and the general public to attend.
