On her debut with the England under 21 team in the match with Iceland two months ago, Anita said it was indeed a wonderful expierence to play for the national under 21 team.England won the match by one goal to nil.

About her future plans Miss Anita Asante said unfortunately she will be leaving Arsenal ladies this year not to another club in England but to the United States of America precisely Miami University to further her education and her football career over there because she believes women football is more competitive in the US than it is here in England.
