Hearts of Oak will soon appoint a Corporate Affairs manager to handle the club's sponsorship drive, Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV has revealed.
The Phobians officially unveiled their new Managing Director Gerald Ankrah in a ceremony on Wednesday.
The occasion was also used to unveil eight new signings of the club.
Board chairman Togbe Afede XIV revealed the appointment of Gerald Ankrah is the start of many changes to be made to the club's administration with the appointment of a corporate affairs manager to follow.
“We will soon be appointing someone to take care of the club's corporate and marketing department,” the board chairman revealed.
“He will be tasked to using the powerful brand of Accra Hearts of Oak to bring in sponsorship and enhance our corporate brand as well.”
Ankrah takes over Hearts' MD post from Neil Armstrong Mortagbe who resigned earlier this year.
