GHANASoccernet.com understands former Black Stars winger Haminu Dramani could make a shock return to the Ghana Premier League by signing for Asante Kotoko.
The 28-year-old is reported to be in Kumasi to hold talks with the hierarchy of the defending champions with negotiations reported to be going on smoothly for both parties.
