Officials for the Hearts - Etoile du Sahel match arrived in Accra last night and have since checked in at their hotel. The officals who are all from Senegal, are Samba Abdoul Diouf who will be in the centre, with his two assistants, Mouhamadou Mbengue and Ousmane El Hadji Sene. The fourth official who is a Ghanaian is Samuel Quaye and the match commissioner will be Martin Adjagado of Benin.
In another related development, the officials of Accra Hearts Of Oak have announced the rates for their match on Sunday as follows: Popular Stand- 30,000, Osu South/North Wing - 40,000, Upper Terrace - 80,000, Wings - 100,000 and VIP - 150,000.
