Koforidua, May 3, GNA - The Technical Committee of the Management Board of the Eastern Regional Football Association has released the names of 28 referees and nine match commissioners selected to officiate at the forth-coming Eastern Regional Division Two Sub and Supper Middle League matches at the Koforidua Sports Stadium.
The tournament kicks off on Sunday May 9 to end on Tuesday May 18 with two matches to be played each day.
The referees invited include, John Dadzie, Elizabeth Ntonso, Isaac Yamoah, Joseph Nyanteh, Agyemang Duah, Richard Kotey, E. D. Lartey, Michael Dogbey, Martin Fianyehia, Enock Somabey and Tsomana Favour. Others are Peter Dzamesi , Nicholas Odame, Ernest Dzanku, Effah Tetteh, Gyasi Yamoah, Fred Odonkor, Alfred Odonkor, Mike Adjei, Sarfo Koranteng, Samuel Odoteye, Ivy Danquah, Frank Kwao, Owusu Agyemfra, Clement Goha, Agyekum Sampson, Osei Ahima and Opoku Appiah Kwasi. The Match Commissioners include, F. O. Twum-Baah, E. F. Asiedu, Dennis Boateng, S. Awuah Nyarko, Nana Atta-Mensah, J. W. Apenteng, William Darko, S. Owusu-Yeboah and J.E. Nyantakyi.
Meanwhile in a letter signed by the Secretary of the Regional Football Association (RFA) copied to the GNA Sports, all the selected referees and Match Commissioners had been invited to a meeting at Secretariat of the RFA on Wednesday, May 5, 2004.
