Tema, April 13, GNA--B.G. Lee and Mona Captan of the Achimota Golf Club would take the Tema Country Golf Course by storm to defend the Bok Nam Kim Memorial Open Golf Championship trophy they won last year when this year's event tees off on Saturday, April 17.
Afko Group of Companies would sponsor the event, which is being played in memory of Mr Bok Nam Kim, former Chief Executive Officer of Afko Group of Companies who single-handedly sponsored Ghana's contingent to the Seoul Olympic Games in 1988.
Mr Kim, a golfer, a sports enthusiast and former President of Tema Country Golf Club died in the year 1995.
Mr Ebenezer Adablanu, Chief Executive Officer of the club told the golfers throughout the country.
Mr Alex Fiagomey and Mrs Young Oh Kim, both Captain and President of the club would present prizes to the winners.
