We Can Promote Tourism Through Golf--Capt Butah

President of the Achimota Golf Club Major Capt. (Rtd) K.A Butah has said that Ghana can promote its tourism sector through golf.

Speaking to www.sports24.com Capt. Butah said, “We can use golf to promote tourism in Ghana. For instance, if someone would want to come and invest in Ghana he would not want to come on a Saturday in a stadium where the atmosphere is charged but a siren course befitting of golf where he can sit and chat whiles playing.”

“After one or two visits chances are that these people may come back and invest in the economy because of the interest they had developed from the sport so it a huge area worth considering,” he said.
