Kotoko defender Joseph Ochaya has downplayed reports linking him away from the club insisting he is happy with life in Kumasi.

The Porcupine Warriors are reportedly planning to mutually terminate the contract of the Ugandan international due to his huge wages.

The left-back has fallen down the perking order, feuling reports he is no more needed at the club.

But the former Kampala  City Council defender has moved to squash those reports insisting he is happy at the club.

“I don't think there are any problems. I am happy here that why I'm here,” Ochaya said

“If I wasn't happy I'm not sure I will be here. I am speaking to you from Kumasi.

“There are no issues. I am just working hard to ensure I play regularly. That's where my focus lie.

“I am committed to this great club. Take it from me there are no major issues.”
