Ghana NGO Games & Fair To Be Launched On Friday

Ghana: The first ever NGO Games & Fair in Ghana will be launched in Accra on Friday, September 20 at the Young Men Christian Association (YMCA) Hall, Adabraka, Accra at 10:00 am.

With arrangements for the event almost completed, the organizers, ORPED Sports at the launch will spell out further details of the event that is expected to come off at the El-Wak Stadium in Accra on Saturday, October 5, 2013.

This pioneering Ghanaian brand is expected to attract International and Ghanaian NGOs, Strategic partners and Development agencies.

Organizations that have registered and ready to take part in the event includes; Lutheran Media Ministries, Wishes Alliance, the Young Men Christian Association (YMCA), Alive & Kicking, the ANOPA Project, Doxa School of Fashion & Design and the Coalition of Volunteering Organizations of Ghana (COVOG) among others.

The theme for the Ghana NGO Games & Fair is 'Celebrating NGOs in Ghana & Building Partnerships for Development'.

The Ghana NGO Games & Fair is an initiative of ORPED SPORTS, the Sports for Development (SFD) subsidiary of ORPED GHANA.
