Listowell Quits Kotoko
LISTOWELL YESU Bukarson has resigned as the Marketing Manager of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Sporting Club.
He tendered in his resignation on Wednesday, DAILY GUIDE SPORTS can confirm.
Listowell, in his letter, said his workload was too heavy so he had decided to exit the club for another person to take over from him.
'As the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the GJA, Marketing Manager of Metro FM and Executive Chairman of Authentic Group Limited, I guess I am too occupied to handle the Kotoko office,' the letter stated.
Listowell's resignation had now increased to three, the number of Kotoko management members that had quit the club within a spate of one week.
Executive Board Chairman, Dr. K.K. Sarpong was the first to bow out of the club and he was followed by Kwame Baah Nuako, Kotoko International Relations Manager.
Listowell said quitting Kotoko at this moment was not an easy decision for him, assuring all fans that 'I am available to contribute my quota to Kumasi Asante Kotoko in other forms without question.'
He saluted the Kotoko fans for their staunch support for him whilst working for the club, noting that he would forever cherish working for Kotoko.
'I wish my beloved childhood club the best of everything football in the ensuing years.'
