Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko head Coach Ernst Middendorf is expected to take over as the Head Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club limited come next football season.
A source close to the Coach has revealed that his former boss at Kotoko, Mr Herbert Mensah is in talks with him and indications are that Middendorf will soon be in charge of the phobians when the Board conclude it talks with Mr Herbert Mensah.
According to our source Middendorf has already started talking to some players whom he thinks he will need to augment the current Hearts of Oak team to reclaim the League trophy from Kotoko and also conquer Africa next year.
Herbert Mensah is noted for working with German Coaches and that during his reign at Kotoko and King Faisal brought in four German Coaches to run the show.
It will be recalled that Ernst Middendorf last handled Division three side, Ausborg in Germany but was relief of his job for non- performance but according to officials of Ausborg, Middendorf is a good Manager but at that moment they were not getting the needed results.
